Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy:
At Samriddhi Dairy Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case of any valid refund request, refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds, if applicable, will be credited to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

Return Policy:
Customers can request a product return within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated as per the above-mentioned timeline.
